NANCY ZELDIS, Principal, is a former reporter for The National Law Journal and the New York Law Journal and a top producer since 1989 at other leading New York search firms. Ms. Zeldis has freelanced extensively for such publications as The New York Times and Crain's New York Business. She has been invited to speak before The American Society of Corporate Secretaries on "How to Make Yourself Attractive to a Legal Headhunter" and continues to write on trends in the law.

She received her B.A. cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 1978 and attended the first year of law school at the University of Connecticut School of Law.

Year in Review
2006 was a year for financial institutional placements for partners and mid-level associates. Junior lawyers continued to move into law firms and selectively into inhouse positions. On the partner side of our practice we placed attorneys in all practice areas, from corporate to intellectual property and litigation. We gently remind our candidates that we ONLY respond to highly-credentialed lawyers who have practiced for at least one year or have been engaged in a judicial clerkship and are ready to practice.
